Welcome to the Online Fee Payment Portal of Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi. By using this portal, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope

This online payment facility enables students and authorized users to pay various college fees including:

• Admission Fees
• Hostel Fees
• Library Fees
• Certificate Fees
• Any other College prescribed fees

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this online payment facility, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

3. Payment Modes

• UPI
• Debit Card
• Credit Card
• Net Banking

4. Payment Confirmation

A payment is considered successful only after:

• Bank/Payment Gateway Authorization
• Generation of Transaction Reference Number
• Confirmation from College Payment System

Please retain the payment receipt for future reference.

5. Failed or Pending Transactions

• Do not make another payment immediately.
• Wait for reconciliation.
• Refunds (if applicable) shall follow Bank/Payment Gateway policies.

6. Fee Responsibility

Students are responsible for paying fees before the due date. Technical failures or internet issues shall not exempt payment obligations.

7. Refund & Cancellation

• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds are governed by the rules of Daulat Ram College and the University of Delhi.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever feasible.

8. Accuracy of Information

• Roll Number
• Course
• Semester
• Fee Category
• Amount

9. Security

The College never stores Debit Card, Credit Card, CVV, PIN or Internet Banking credentials. Payments are processed through secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

10. Availability

The payment service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical reasons.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Internet failures
• Payment gateway downtime
• Banking network issues
• User negligence
• Third-party delays

12. Modification

Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Delhi.
